This is not just a video or a download. This is a ceremony — a one-hour return to yourself.
Take a deep breath. Feel your shoulders soften. You’ve already done the hardest part: saying YES.
Step 1: Prepare Your Space
The Zeal Ritual is most powerful when you give yourself space to be fully present.
Before you begin:
Find a quiet spot where you won’t be interrupted
Silence your phone and notifications
Grab your journal or notebook
Optional: light a candle, sip tea, play soft music
You’re not doing “more work.” You’re creating an hour that restores you.
Step 2: Begin the Ritual
Step 3: Create Your Zeal Letter
The heart of this Ritual is a practice of writing a letter to yourself.
The Zeal Letter isn’t just journaling — it’s a personal declaration. It’s where you reconnect with the version of you that’s been buried under deadlines and burnout … and put that voice on paper.
Inside the Zeal Letter, you’ll find simple but powerful prompts designed to:
Help you uncover what you truly want (not just what’s expected of you)
Release the voices of doubt and obligation
Call forward your passion, power, and purpose
Capture the wisdom of your highest self in your own words
The Zeal Letter
Take 20–30 minutes after the video to work through the prompts
When you’re ready, write your Zeal Letter — a message from your truest self to the version of you who’s been running on fumes
Keep this letter close. Revisit it whenever you need to remember who you really are
The Ritual Card
Once you’ve written your Zeal Letter, the Ritual Card becomes your daily touchstone.
Think of it as the distilled reminder of your letter and intentions — something quick, visual, and easy to return to when your day feels heavy.
Keep it on your desk, in your planner, or somewhere you’ll see it often. One glance, one breath, and you’ll reconnect with the energy you chose during this Ritual.
This isn’t homework — it’s a gift. A love letter to the future you’re stepping into.
Step 4: Integrate & Carry It Forward
After you complete the Ritual, don’t rush off. Give yourself 5–10 minutes to:
Journal what you felt, realized, or released
Write down one action you’ll take this week from a place of Zeal, not burnout
Keep your Ritual Card nearby to anchor the energy
Remember: The Zeal Ritual is not a one-time event. It’s a practice you can return to whenever you need it.
A Note from Nadia
I know what it feels like to climb high, shine on the outside, and feel empty inside. This Ritual helped me remember who I really am — and I created it so you can, too.
You don’t have to abandon everything you’ve built to feel alive again. You just need to reconnect with your Zeal.
I’m honored to guide you in this first step.
